The bedding is here

Mrs. Virginia did a FANTASTIC job on Mason's bedding. It looks so great in his bed. I can not wait to get him home and see if he likes it :) I also chose a special sign for above the closet. It says "I believe in superheros." We have just a few more things to add.

We are still debating a little on the middle name but either choice is good for me. So the choices are...
Mason Fike (after my mom's dad)
Mason Sloane (after Jarrod)

Party time

We had a geat time at our first shower. Carol, Melissa and the rest of the firm had a party for us. We had an awesome dinner thanks to Carol. We played silly games and got quite a laugh. They gave us tons of stuff we need like the stroller, pack n play, high chair and other fun stuff.

Christmas babies

Here are the cousins at Christmas. Aren't they so precious? I love the one of JT asleep on my big belly.

Paint

Jarrod worked so hard last weekend on the nursery. I think it turned out perfect. Thanks Jarrod. I know it will look great with all the bedding.

Back to school

We started going to birthing class last week. It makes things a little more real being in a room full of preggo women all talking about the same thing for the first time. This week we watched "The VIDEO." It really was not that bad. I swear the one I watched in high school was worse. I just hope Jarrod didn't get too freaked out:) Later we toured the hospital. That is when reality really began to sink in. I know a lot about what happens during the whole process but seeing it displayed in front of you when you are the one about to have the baby is a little scary. Well we survived and I am so ready to meet this little person. I am 32 weeks now and Shea the 4D ultra sound tech thinks he will come a little early so that means I have 6 weeks or a little more to get ready.

Registry

We registered at a few places last weekend. It is a little overwhelming to try and think of all the things we will need when the baby comes. Jarrod liked working the scan gun the most :) I just hope I registered for all the necessities. We registered at Babies R Us, All Thru the House, and Target.
